Delete your Live account and data

If you can access the app, open Settings > Privacy > Request account deletion. This is the fastest option because the request is linked to your user account.

If you cannot access the app

Email us from the same address used for your Live account. Include the public profile, band, or venue name when applicable, and confirm that you want the account and associated data deleted.

What happens next

We verify your identity to avoid deleting the wrong account. We then delete or anonymize data that is no longer needed. Some information may be retained temporarily for security, legal obligations, or pending operational relationships with other users.
